HOW TO BE A VOLUNTARY TRANSLATOR ON TED

 


1.     1. Open www.ted.com website.

2.     2. Then, you will need to create a TED account





3.     3. After creating an account, click “participate”, then “translate” on the top right bar. You will be redirected to apply option



4.     4. Click “apply now”. You will have to fill registration form



5.     5. Fill the form thoroughly

6.     6. After you filled the form, your application will be received



 

7.     7. Go to https://ted.captionhub.com/ted and login to your TED account to start on working on the subtitling project



8.     8. Select “Projects” on the top menu and now you can browse for the video you want to make subtitle for
